I place an order online, do you charge shipping? 
         Answer:

    We charge shipping based on the total weight of your order, ship to location and corresponding  chosen shipping services rates. In some cases, an additional fee will be charged for the shipment of oversized or overweight items.

We do not charge handling fee for regular size and less than 10 lbs packages.

 

        Question:

Can I return/exchange an item that I ordered online at your local store? 
        Answer :


    We gladly accept returns or exchanges at any of our store locations. Please remember to bring the original packing invoice. Without this form, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit. For more information please check our Return Policy.

Why was I charged sales tax for my online order?

        Answer:
 

    We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax and in which we have a physical location. We currently have stores Illinois. In certain states we are also required to charge tax on shipping charges.

 

        Question:

If I place an order online, how long does it take to ship?

        Answer:
 

    Most of the items listed on our site are available in our Shipping Center. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays).
 

 

        Question:

Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?

        Answer:

    Unfortunately, we are not able to ship one order to multiple addresses. You will need to place separate orders

 

 

        Question:

I'm ordering a gift that will be shipped to an address other than my own. Will I still receive a copy of the invoice?

        Answer:


    When you place an order on our website and include your email address, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation that shows the details of your order. However, you will not receive a copy of the packing invoice. If you would like a copy of your invoice, you can e-mail us at office@dianaandnicky.com with order confirmation number and your request. Once your order has shipped, we can fax, mail or e-mail your invoice to you.

When I place an order online, why do I need to include my email address?
 
        Answer:

    
    An email address is requested so that after you successfully place your order, you receive an order confirmation with your order details and order number. Once your order ships, you will receive a 2nd email detailing your tracking information.

We do not sell or share our customer's information with any 3rd parties. Ever. Please  refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

How do I find an item on your website?

        Answer:

    
    We've made finding an item on our site very easy! You can search two (2) ways - by Size or by Category Type the description or name of the item in the Search Field located at the top of our homepage. Still can't find it? That's okay. Simply e-mail us at office@dianaandnicky.com (leave your name, phone number and description) and our eService Center representative will call you back between 8am-5pm CST Monday through Saturday and 10am to 5 pm CST on Sundays.
