RETURN POLICY
1. Returns With Receipt Dated Within Last 30 Days
Items in new condition returned with original packaging and an original receipt or packing invoice dated within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund.
Gift packaging, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
2. Returns /Exchanges of Gifts
For gifts sent back to our online warehouse, we will issue a merchandise credit which can be used either in our on-line. To receive a credit, the recipient's address must match the original shipping address listed on the gift's packing invoice. Please provide the original packing slip included with the shipment so we may expedite this process.
3. Exchanges due to mis-sent, defective or damaged merchandize
Our associates will be happy to help you with exchanges or replacements for European Fashion Co. items purchased through our online store or received as gifts. For exchanges of mis-sent orders or damaged or defective merchandise, please e-mail us at office@dianaandnicky.com for a RA Number so that return shipping will be on us. We will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send you your replacement with no additional shipping charges.
4. Final Sale
All merchandise discounted 30% or greater off the original ticket price is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
